Biography[]
Judge Gavel presides over Bear Town's historic courthouse. He likes taking naps and is very well versed in Bear Country law. As a child he was a member of the Burnt House gang whose other members included Grizzly Gramps, Amos Toll, Ben Bearson, and Grant Grizzwood. He was addicted to cigarettes for a large portion of his life but eventually managed to quit smoking.
