Two-Ton Grizzly is a minor character in the Berenstain Bears series. He first appeared in the book The Berenstain Bears and the Double Dare.
Appearance[]
Two-Ton is dressed similarly to his son Too-Tall. True to his name, he is much larger than his son. His apparel consists of a teal hat, a goldenrod and purple-striped shirt, and gray pants.
Biography[]
Two-Ton is Too-Tall Grizzly & Too-Much Grizzly’s father, and Too-Too’s husband. He owns and operates the junkyard near Birder's Wood's. He is secretly afraid of the dark. While strong and "rough cut", he is more sociable with the other bears than his son Too-Tall.
In the book The Berenstain Bears and the Double Dare, Two-Ton finds Too-Tall and his friends mocking Brother for refusing to accept a dare of going over to the Widder Bruin’s house once Farmer Ben gave him a call. As he picks Too-Tall up by the back of his shirt, he then warns the others that he'll call their parents if they get caught up in any more shenanigans, and tells them to get on home (which they do).
